Post event Banquet Manager & Supervisor duties:



  • Clearing of all tables of china, glasses, flatware and ashtrays.
  • Straighten legs on all tables.
  • Remove all linens.
  • Rearrange all chairs around tables neatly
  • Supervise the banquet / event service staff.
  • Turn off the public address system.
